I had Joplin Pool & Spa move my hot tub from Joplin to Bentonville and they did a great job! This was not an easy job as it was on a huge hill, but they had all the right tools to get the job done. I was impressed by their hard work and great attitudes. Plus it was a great price!

James is amazing and very knowledgeable!!! Would highly recommend him and his staff. Thank you again Joplin Pool and Spa!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. James, one of the owners, has went above and beyond to help me with a spa issue I was having. I didn’t even buy the spa from them and he still treated me as one of his own customers and did everything in his power to get me up and running again. I had been getting the runaround from a couple other places in Springfield and he stepped in and fixed it with no problem. I will definitely be a lifelong customer.

We were out of town and James called to let me know he was on the way to install a part for our spa. He called back later upon discovering an unrelated electrical issue of a serious nature. Not only did he take the time to identify it, he repaired it late on a Friday evening. We appreciated his diligence and concern as well as his expertise.
